WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Your home heroes uses NZ post for all our orders. The shipping price will be calculated at checkout depending on your location and order.

DO YOU DO BACK ORDERS?
All our products are formulated locally in New Zealand so back orders are extremely rare. However, if we have experienced a rush and we are out of stock on a particular product one of our customer service heroes will get in touch to let you know your order is currently on a backorder list. They will advise you on expected shipping dates and give you the opportunity for a full refund if the date is not agreed upon.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
In the event you are located internationally, get in touch and one of our customer service heroes will be able to provide you with an accurate shipping quote to your international address.

NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED WITH YOUR PURCHASE?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from Your Home Heroes you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. Contact us through orders@yourhomeheroes.co.nz.

No. Your Home Heroes does not sell or give permission for any other trading company to use or sell it's product's for commercial use. Our product's are currently  a consumer product to be used in quantities consistent with household use.

DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
You do not need an account to place an order. You have the option of creating an account to make it easy for you to see your purchase history, update your shipping details and make a re-order.
